“MIXX Russia” announces 10th season jury

The anniversary season of “MIXX Russia” has gathered a record jury pool—73 recognized digital industry experts. The jury includes professionals representing agencies, brands, media platforms, as well as technology companies and platforms.

This year, the competition will once again become a space where creativity, technology, and marketing meet. Participants are expected to bring fresh ideas, unconventional use of tools, and flawless execution—these are the kinds of cases that can make history at “MIXX Russia”.

According to Vsevolod Shekhovtsev, CEO of the April agency, the competition has long been more than just a showcase of projects—it’s a platform that reflects the entire industry’s pulse: “‘MIXX Russia’ is the place where you can see what’s happening in digital right now. This is where strong ideas that work and inspire come together.”

The experts will evaluate entries in four key areas: Marketing Communications, Craft, Creative Use, and Technologies.

Marketing Communications Category Group

The chair of this block is Mikhail Postevoy, Head of Digital Sales for Friday!, Saturday!, 2x2, and TV-3 TV Channels. His fellow jury members will be:

  • Elizaveta Sidorskaya, Head of Advertising at Aviasales;

  • Elena Martynova, Director of Strategic Communications and Brand Promotion of MegaFon;

  • Yana Ponomarenko, Head of Digital Marketing at ZARINA;

  • Maksim Silaenkov, Marketing Director of X5 Media;

  • Evgeniya Melnikova, Director of Content Marketing and PR of Wink;

  • Ilya Sobolevsky, Head of Digital Marketing at Hoff, and others.

According to Mikhail Postevoy, participating in the competition does not only bring recognition, but also is a powerful team development driver:

Be sure to apply for competitions. This is not only a chance to make yourself known, but also a tool for growth. The process of packaging a case forces you to critically assess your work, discover new strengths, and clearly communicate value—an excellent experience for the team. In addition, it’s a contribution to the development of the industry: we share effective mechanics and set the bar high.

Craft Category Group

Konstantin Selivanov, Digital Art Director of Depot, became the chair of the jury for this block. Together with him, the entries will be evaluated by:

  • Mikhail Ponomarenko, Design Director of HeadHunter;

  • Anatoly Malakhov, Head of the Communication Design Team at Dodo Pizza;

  • Anna Kau-ten-chzhi, Creative Director of Friends Moscow;

  • Timofey Kirin, Art Director of ONY;

  • Olga Kutovaya, partner and Art Director of Dotorg branding & digital branding agency;

  • Gosha Tokarev, Art Director of Grape creative agency;

  • Alvina Zeynalova, Motion & Design Director of Hate Agency, and others.

It’s important for me to see how the market is changing, how teams are searching for new approaches and boldly trying out new formats. Being on the jury means being at the center of digital events and helping to highlight the truly best works.

Creative Use Category Group

The chair of this block will be Andrey Koval, Deputy Managing Director of Okkam Creative. The experts included:

  • Yaroslav Zelensky, Creative Director of VK;

  • Konstantin Simonov, Digital Creative Director of SberMarketing;

  • Yulia Dolgova, CEO of JAMI LUP;

  • Ekaterina Bryantseva, Head of Creative department at DeltaClick x D Innovate Group;

  • Andrey Koziy, Creative Director of Yandex Magic Camp, and others.

Technologies Category Group

The chair of the jury for this area is Aleksandr Papkov, Director of Innovation at ADV Group. The jury also includes:

  • Elena Nechaeva, Head of Digital Media and Performance at Yota;

  • Mikhail Tsuprikov, CEO of MGrowth;

  • Sergey Efimov, Executive Director of Resolution;

  • Aleksandr Poluektov, Director of Product Development at Media Direction Group;

  • Dmitry Fedoseev, CEO Russia & VP of Programmatic Worldwide, Hybrid;

  • Nikita Karasev, Head of AI Implementation at RoRe Group, and others.

For Aleksandr Papkov, being on the jury of “MIXX Russia” means bearing responsibility to the entire digital market:

“It’s not just about evaluating work, but also about participating in setting quality standards for the industry. When reviewing projects, you can see not just the strongest ideas, but also the trends that are shaping the future of digital. This season, expectations for the Technologies block are especially high: together with the work group, we have reinvented the category, expanded it with new nominations, clarified the descriptions, and adapted the application form to the specifics of the field.”

The anniversary season of “MIXX Russia” promises to be especially eventful: new experts, fresh approaches, and a high level of work. Ahead lies an introduction to cases that can set the tone for the development of digital in Russia.
